Rt. Hon. Don Mazankowski, PC, OC

The Right Honourable Donald F. Mazankowski is a member of the joint Fleishman-Hillard International Advisory Board. Mr. Mazankowski is Chairman of the Board of the Institute of Health Economics, Chair of the Premier of Alberta’s Advisory Council on Health, and Chair of the Canadian Genetics Disease Network and Co-chair of the University of Alberta fundraising campaign.

Mr. Mazankowski was first elected to the House of Commons in 1968. Subsequently he served as Minister of Transport, President of the Treasury Board, Minister Responsible for Privatization and Regulatory Affairs, Minister of Agriculture, Minister of Finance and Deputy Prime Minister. He currently serves on a number of corporate boards involved in international trade and commerce, and in February 2000 was appointed an Officer of the Order of Canada.
